An eating disorder is like a blunt bullet, taking it’s time to pierce your skin and force it’s way in. But once it’s in it sits there and starts to infect everything around it. It stops your blood pulsing, your body seizes up and agony starts to creep in. As things start to become impossible, your life starts to become consumed. Once it’s in it sits there and slowly and takes everything you once had, bringing every last morsel of happiness with it. Once it’s in it sits there unnoticed by many. Once it’s in it sits there until you can accept that it’s going to hurt like hell to pull it out.

I don’t deserve to eat.
I can’t remember why I’m supposed to anymore.
